This book is devoted to a range of technological problems concerning the growth of magnetically managed carbon nanotubes (CNT) and the development of spintronic nanomemory devices. The issues related to CNTs growth with a predefined morphology are regarded as key challenges for effective CNTs creation and utilization in novel nanoelectronic devices. Particular emphasis is placed on defining and studying CNTs interconnects with Fe-Pt ferromagnetic nanodrops and substrates as prospective elements for magnetic nanomemory devices and nanosensors. The discussion is focused on appropriate spin transport models and magnetoresistance phenomena for spin-valves systems based on CNTs forest and Fe-Pt layers.
