Cile Chavez, Ed.D is a nationally and internationally recognized consultant and motivational speaker on Leadership.  She specializes in helping people and organizations realize, develop, and celebrate their potential in order to achieve worthy goals. Her expertise is grounded in her leadership and management roles in higher education, as superintendent of a metropolitan school district, and trustee of multiple public institutions and community foundations. Julie Fairley is a consultant, author, educator, and speaker whose work targets both the mind and the heart. Her educational career has included roles such as principal, college instructor, consultant, and mentor. She has presented to state, national and international audiences and consulted with a variety of corporate and public clients. Ms. Fairley has authored two previous books on the topic leadership.
