This work explores the impact of Spiritual Intelligence on Employee Engagement using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The role of a mediating variable Knowledge Management is also tested among Information Technology (IT) and Information Technology Enabled Services (ITeS) employees in India. The inferences would make researchers and readers curious about the impact of Spiritual Intelligence on Employee Engagement and the role Knowledge Management plays. This work brings out a unique perspective about the role of Knowledge Management that would enlighten and inspire the consciousness of executives, employees and workers to enhance Employee Engagement.
