Pierino Alfredo Arforma was born on 20 August 1964 in Maganja da Costa District, Zambezia Province in the Republic of Mozambique. He has a degree in Philosophy Teaching from the Pedagogical University. Bachelor of Theology from the Urbaniana University in Rome. Lecturer and Social Worker at the Catholic University of Mozambique - Nampula.
