Spiritwood Lake is a city in Stutsman County, North Dakota in the United States. The population was 90 at the 2010 census. As of the census of 2000, there were 72 people, 31 households, and 23 families residing in the city. The population density was 66.5 people per square mile (25.7/km²). There were 63 housing units at an average density of 58.2 per square mile (22.5/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 100.00% White. There were 31 households out of which 25.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 74.2% were married couples living together, 3.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 22.6% were non-families. 19.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 6.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.32 and the average family size was 2.67.
