Born and raised in rural Pennsylvania, Kevin McConnell currently resides in Denton, Texas, where he makes his living as an archaeologist and a freelance writer. The books he has authored include *Redware: America's Folk Art Pottery, and Roycroft Art Metal, both of which are available from Schiffer Publishing.
