Oluwagbenga Olanrewaju Atere was born on the 1st of June 1990. He is a law lecturer with the rank of senior lecturer at the Faculty of law, Ajayi Crowther University in Oyo Nigeria. He has a Ph.d in law from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He is an expert in sports law and Sports regulation.
