"Sports of the Future" was created thanks to a witty adaptation of many historical, philosophical and sociocultural themes into the language of sports. Sunaton is a demonstration of the battle that once opposed Pharoah Akhenaton to the priest of Amon Râ. Its ball represents the Sun (Aton). Lumen Umbra is a representation of Jesus and his disciples' battle against the forces of darkness that sought to undermine their mission on earth. It also exemplifies the confrontation between political parties in their quest for power. These new disciplines add to traditional Olympic values, the requirement of acquiring knowledge, culture and elevation through physical education and sports. To this end, they constitute powerful engines of development for youths of today and tomorrow.
