Colin Gerald Hopkins was born in Saint Annes Hospital, Mount Lawley, Western Australia, on 5 June 1974 to parents John And Marianne Hopkins. He is a loving partner to Katy Cross, and devoted stepdad to Evie and Hadley. He studied art at a special art program at Kalamunda Senior High School.
