Sheet metal forming is a special class of deformation process that is highly adopted in the automotive industry to fabricate many components such as body panels, the structural members of the chassis, and so on. The sheet metal forming processes including bending, flanging, stretching, punching, deep drawing, and some other processes. Bending process is the one widely applied in sheet metal forming operations. Generally, the bending process is many defects that occurred during or after the process and especially the spring back one. The spring back phenomenon is occurred due to the elastic recovery of the material sheets and results in distortion and inaccuracy in geometrical dimensions. Moreover, there is now a day for a highly request of using the bimetallic sheet metal forming process due to their characteristics and better mechanical properties
