Leslie Del Re is a poet and writer born in the heart of Paris in 1988 to French-Italian parents. Her childhood in the enchanting countryside of Paris, followed by her teenage years exploring the vibrant streets of the capital, ignited her passion for storytelling and the arts.Leslie's academic journey led her to Rome, where she studied Classics, reconnecting with her roots and cultivating a unique literary voice. With two master's degrees-one in journalism and another in international relations-her thirst for knowledge and adventure propelled her to embark on a transformative year of backpacking through South America. Driven by an insatiable desire to discover new cultures, she undertook a journalistic and anthropological project, selling her car to buy a one-way ticket across the Atlantic.South America left an indelible mark on her spirit, with Brazil's exotic landscapes, enchanting people, and delicious aromas profoundly influencing her creativity. It was this journey that inspired her debut poetry collection, "Springtime's Odyssey," a celebration of human emotions that invites readers to explore their own hearts.A lover of 19th-century French literature, Leslie draws inspiration from the Romantic movement's lyrical beauty, infusing her poetry with depth and resonance.Now based in Los Angeles, California, she continues to seek out new adventures that spark her creativity and fuel her passion for writing.
