Since retiring as an executive officer in the United States Department of Education, Linda now pursues her passion for history and genealogy in her native St. Mary's County. She is an active member of the St. Mary's County Historical Society, the St. Mary's County Genealogical Society, the Maryland Historical Society, and the Maryland Genealogical Society.
