Martin Russell was born in Dartford, Kent but he now lives in Hessle, East Yorkshire with his wife, Barbara, and dog, Barney. Martin has a daughter, Ellie, a son, Jack and a stepson, also Jack. He is currently an estate agent and has an obsessive interest in horror. In his spare time, Martin enjoys archery, walking in the countryside and watching horror films with Ellie. He is a huge fan of Slade who he has seen many times and an avid supporter of Chelsea football club. He hopes this will be the start of his writing career.
