The book is about identifying a stakeholder, knowing what their role is and how they influence things around them. Dealing with this important group has become crucial to the success of a business. The most important aspects in getting work done are resources, both human and financial. Stakeholders manage these resources or are involved with these resources and to get the desired outcome of efficiency and quality, their needs must be met with utmost attention, detail, and in a timely manner.We look at the different stakeholders and their different needs, measuring their level of influence and what information such stakeholders need.Therefore, the assessment in this study is that with the right amount of engagement and intervention for the specific groups of stakeholders, the desired result of quality service will be achieved.
