Brigada Eskwela is an annual event in the Philippines where various stakeholders, including parents, teachers, local government units, and community members, come together to clean, repair, and beautify school facilities before the start of the new academic year. The main objective of this initiative is to foster a sense of ownership and pride in the school community while creating a conducive learning environment for learners.Stakeholder's participation plays a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of education and promoting a conducive learning environment in schools. One crucial aspect of participation of stakeholders in education is the active community involvement in school-related activities. This study examines the impact of stakeholders' engagement in Brigada Eskwela activities on school performance and proposes an intervention plan to further optimize community support for educational improvement.The findings of the research reveal a direct and significant link between stakeholders' involvement in Brigada Eskwela and enhanced school performance. Schools with higher levels of community engagement demonstrated improved student outcomes and a more positive school climate.
