Yildiz give details of the philosophy, practice of the process of Family Constellations as a means of making the most of yourself through relationships and self-discovery towards enlightenment. Other means of personal development included in the book are hypnotherapy, meditation and some reflective exercises to assist in helping the reader to clarify their thoughts and feelings in coming to a deeper understanding of self. In such a book the way we are treating our planet could not be omitted as Yildiz outlines some major concerns with some basic science in an attempt to demystify the science around climate change. Yildiz is a psychotherapy innovator, personal and spiritual development facilitator, trainer, speaker and author. Yildiz was born to Turkish-Cypriot and English parents in England, the eldest of seven children. She moved to Australia as a young adult in the 1980's. She was born with a strong curiosity and imagination that continues to drive her. This helped her shape her life, along with the intervention of synchronicity in the form of fortuitous meetings and events. Yildiz always had a fascination for spirituality and science. She was a physics and chemistry teacher until she reached a sensitive crossroad in her life which changed her direction. She then became a Vedic astrologer (ancient Indian astrology that emerged with Yoga in the Vedas) and remains fascinated by karmic cycles. This led her to the study of a range of psychotherapies. Her intention was - and still is, to source more effective ways to help people heal and make the changes they want. She especially wanted to know if it was possible to change psyche by transforming deeply ingrained and mostly unconscious beliefs and patterns, so people could take more control of their experiences and the way they create their lives. At a further turning point of her life, Yildiz was introduced to Family Constellations while backpacking in India in 2005. This was another profound shift. Since then Yildiz has held monthly Family Constellations workshops and private sessions and maintains a private practice. She became a counsellor, clinical hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, Family Constellations practitioner/trainer and practitioner of Ego State Therapy. In sifting, sorting and fusing her knowledge through practice with clients, she noticed her work was evolving in specific modalities. In her book Rapid Core Healing Pathways to Growth and Emotional Healing she presents the theories and elements of two new modalities that fit together as one in working in unison according to the needs of the client. She shares these for those with an open and curious mind who wish to improve their practice with clients. Yildiz is a psychotherapy innovator, personal and spiritual development facilitator, trainer, speaker and author. She published her first two books in 2014. In her first two books she captured a unique fusion of Eastern mysticism, philosophy and Western psychology, science for personal and spiritual development. These are Stardust on the Spiritual Path and Be Rich AND Spiritual Yildiz is devoted to learning and growth and transformation She is a mother and grandmother, now based in Brisbane (Queensland, Australia).
