Rev. Dr. Jacqueline DeBerry lives in McMinnville, TN, where she is the pastor of the Liberty Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She holds a B.S. degree, a Master of Divinity Degree, and a Doctorate of Ministry. She is a Board Certified Chaplain, a Board Certified Pastoral Counselor, and a Spiritual Director. She is a published writer. She was ordained in 1981. Her ministry has included being a Pastor, a Spiritual Director, the first woman Editor of The Cumberland Presbyterian Magazine, and a Chaplain. She is the mother of two sons and a grandmother. Her deepest desire is to glorify God with her life. About the illustrator: David Michael Warren is a writing teacher, an artist, and a filmmaker. He graduated with honors from the Savannah College of Art and Design, earning a BFA in Film and Television. His film work has appeared in theaters and been broadcast on TV. His 2016 Short film, Slow Dance With Me won acclaim and various recognitions, including "Top Short" at the New York Jazz Film Fest. His most recent film, Hand of the Master: The Art and Life of Dom Gregory De Wit is now available on Amazon Prime. David aims to tell stories that promote respect towards all people. He loves telling stories and sharing his faith. He lives in Louisiana with his wife, Jaclyn, his son, Jamie, and somewhere between two and three cats.
