According to reliable sources 60% of new start-ups go bust in the first 6 months and others say that 90% fail within the first 12 months. The author of START ANY BUSINESS can prove that official Government statistics verify 97% of attendees of the training courses he devised and delivered for 13 years were still in business more than 2 years later. Key to their survival rests in very early personal preparation and not the "Just Go for It!" approach where commitments to borrow money, leave paid employment, buy stock, lease premises and rush to appoint professionals would have destroyed their prospects and harmed their future. This book is based on that training course, which he delivered to more than 2,250 aspiring entrepreneurs. It is a practical and straightforward guide to starting any small business. Importantly, the book will help you decide if being in business is right for you. START ANY BUSINESS is constructed in a modular style so that you can dip in and out of sections as you need them and will lead you through the process of producing your own business plan.
