Franck Barès is Professor of Entrepreneurship at HEC Montréal (Canada). Bernard Cova is Professor of Marketing and Sociology of Consumption at Kedge Business School in Marseille (France), and a Visiting Professor at Bocconi University in Milan (Italy).
