Freddie M. Bennett is an adventurer, speaker and consultant. After spending 15 years in the management consulting profession working for global corporations Freddie overcame drink, drugs and depression and decided to make his dreams come true. Freddie lives in Liverpool with his wife and two young sons. He has been featured in the national press and is also the co-host of the world's fastest growing alcohol-free podcast, Over the Influence.
