A powerful easy-read meant for you to read over and over again. Flip it open first thing in the morning and last thing at night; something will inspire, guide and calm you. I've walked this difficult path for many years; suffered debilitating fears, stress and panic attacks and can truly help you find peace and joy again. No storm, no awful situation, stays forever. You will pass through it and be even stronger for it! I've been your human Guinea pig and know what works. The methods I'll share with you will save you years of research and money! Do you find yourself using these words daily? -I'm worried that... -I'm afraid that... -I fear that... -And the worst culprit, a case of the 'what ifs.' What if... You can easily fill in the blanks. Cut your fears off at the root! Choke them and starve them. It is important to begin feeding the right words and feelings into your mind. Is it really this simple? Yes! 'You must do the things you think you cannot do.' - Eleanor Roosevelt

Joyce Logan is a motivational speaker and a self proclaimed recovering anxiety addict. She holds a Doctorate in metaphysical philosophy from The American Institute of Holistic Theology in Youngstown, OH and is a Certified Hypnotherapist from The National Guild of Hypnotists in NH. She also founded "The Wellness Center" in Connecticut, which she presided over for many years. She has written columns in various magazines about overcoming fears and relaxation techniques. Due to her down to earth manner, she is a sought after speaker, radio & TV guest. Joyce is most passionate about this book as it's partly about her own life, her mother's struggle with panic attacks and agoraphobia, and inspiring stories of those she personally worked with and helped overcome their fears. People have asked her for years to write a book so they could keep her words nearby or pass on to others; and this is it!
