The study was conducted to determine the level of knowledge of internalizing of the Muslim school heads on the six articles of faith and the state of religious observance on the five pillars of Islam. Specifically, it described the profiles of the Muslim school heads, factors that affect religious belief, level of knowledge of internalizing articles of faith, and level of observance on the five pillars of Islam. It explored the influence of the socio-demographic and economic profiles and selected factors on the six articles of faith and pillars of Islam, and the significant relationship between articles of faith and five pillars of Islam. Selected factors like other source of income, environment, and social factors significantly influence the level of observance on the five pillars of Islam particularly in Shahaadah; Shalaah; Zakaat; and Sawm. The respondents were aware of their roles in observing the articles of faith and pillars of Islam but they did not perform it. Muslim school heads should know and perform their religious obligation because the only reason why Allah created Man and Jinn is to Worship Him.
