This little work provides readers with data that could enrich their knowledge of geography. In fact, by examining the tables in the book, they will easily be able to remember the names of the states on the world's five continents, their capitals and their boundaries, both on land and at sea. They'd also be able to pinpoint salient events such as conflicts, wars and natural disasters around the world. However, of the fourteen tables contained in this little work, seven relate to the African continent. Perhaps it should be pointed out that this little work has refrained from dealing with aspects relating to the history, demography and cultural as well as material resources of states.
