Berthold DIMANDJA LOHESE born November 28, 1943 in Elunda Onyamboko, Democratic Republic of Congo. He attended the seminaries of Ototo and Kabwe before continuing his studies at Lovanium University in Kinshasa. A graduate in economics since 1971, he has a long career with the national oil company in Kinshasa.
