Autorenporträt
Ann read law at the University of Malta and was conferred a B.A. in Legal and Humanistic (European) Studies in 2006, and a Diploma of Notary Public in 2007. She obtained her doctorate of Laws in 2009 and she read a Masters degree in International Maritime Law at the International Maritime Law Institute Malta (under the patronage of IMO) in 2010.
