This book develops a study on the different variables that influence school dropout during the secondary school period in the Spanish educational system. From the data obtained during the development of the classes, the steps followed to carry out the statistical analysis are detailed with the aim of recognizing the efficiency of the use of new teaching methodologies as a resource to reduce school dropout in this stage.
