The Woreda Agriculture and Early Warning office provides climate related information for the farmer households. The Woreda level planning towards achieving the planned CRGE targets is not adequately done due to capacity and other financial problems. The natural capitals of the Woreda are not properly understood and analyzed while the socio-economic determinants of green growth are not adequately addressed. Agriculture and food, forestry, water, energy and tourism sectors were found to be important for GDP, economic growth in the medium term and green job creation.
