Author biography Dr. Kaundan Singh has completed his Doctorate degree in Education from Mahatma Jyotiba Fule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. He has 7 years of experience of teaching in various standards. He has participated and presented papers in 30 National and International seminars and workshops too. He has published 12 research papers in different reputed and approved journals of UGC. He has contributed his research articles and papers in 4 edited books. His interest of area is Elementary Education and Educational Technology. Currently he is working as a Lecturer in Education in District Institute of Education and Training, Budhanpur-Amroha in UP. co-author biography Dr. Pratibha Sagar is appointed as Assistant Professor in Department of Education (IASE), Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, from last 20 years. She has a diverse educational background. She holds B.Sc. (Electronics), MCA, B.Ed.( Educational Computing), M.Ed., Ph.D.(Education) degrees to her credit. She is gold.medalist in B.Sc and B.Ed. She has rich and diverse teaching experience of more than 25 years to variety of learning groups viz MBA, BBA, MCA, BCA, BHM, B.Ed., M.Ed., PGDCA, Ph.D. and many more. She authored one book and published almost 40 research papers in journal of international and national repute. She has presented more than 70 papers in national and international seminars/ conferences. She also participated in many workshops and capacity building programs as participant and resource person. She holds membership of many academic and administrative bodies. Three Ph.D. degrees have also been awarded successfully under her supervision.
