Elmond Bandauko is an Urban Planning researcher whose interests include urban policy, strategic urban development in smaller towns and land contestation in African Cities. He holds a BSc. (Honours) in Rural and Urban Planning from the University of Zimbabwe.He has published various papers on urban issues.
