Dr. NGOHI, Bukar Umar was born on 30th April, 1968 to the family of Malam Bukar Mbuha and Aisha Sarki (Late). Had his Primary and Secondary education career between 1977 and 1985. He obtained his B. Sc (Geo) in 1994, M. Sc (Resources and Development) in 2001, M. Ed (Guidance and Counselling) in 2004 all from University of Maiduguri and Ph. D.
