Marcia, a citizen of the world, was born in the south Brazilian city of "Porto Alegre" where she was a student leader during the movement for democratic direct elections which collectively ended the era of military dictatorship. Marcia lives in London where she worked in the fields of public health, social equality and human rights with people from various ethnicities.
