The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of physical activity on the support and enhance the natural behavior of stem cell CD34+ in aerobic and anaerobic exercise bout, also after an aerobic and anaerobic training programs and the effect on some physiological parameters. Results showed that CD34+ stem cells were different between athletes and control participants, the effect of aerobic and anaerobic exercise bout increased CD34+ stem cells positively, aerobic and anaerobic program led to increased stem cell compared to control. Also, physiological parameter were positively affected as well. These results may contribute to the understanding of the mechanisms involved in the maintenance of healthy haematopoietic function and the effect of exercise involved in the wellbeing of persons.
