The book represents the concluding work of my master's degree studies, and analyzed, from an interdisciplinary viewpoint, bio-law, a new area of law, which has come to impose limits on the scientific advances experienced by humanity in recent years, so that human dignity and the rights of all living species on the planet are preserved, both for present and future generations. In addition, it has brought up for debate other topics such as abortion, euthanasia, assisted reproduction and personality rights involving such issues, both from a legal perspective and from the point of view of doctrines, resolutions and understandings in the health area.
