Laura Hatch is the founder and CEO of Front Office Rocks, the leader in on-demand front office training for dental practices. After twelve years as an office manager and building two from-scratch dental practices, she switched gears to teach other dental owners how to manage and empower their team members. As the leading authority on front-office training, Hatch helps dental professionals improve their practices through online video courses, live seminars, and coaching. Hatch has authored more than two hundred articles for leading dental publications and websites such as The Progressive Dentist, Dental Assisting Digest, Dentaltown, and Dentistry IQ. She is a fellow of the American Association of Dental Office Managers as well as a national and international speaker for dental authorities such as AADOM, Patterson, and Mid-Atlantic Dental Society. Hatch was also recognized as one of Dental Products Report's Top 25 Women in Dentistry for 2016. When Hatch isn't managing at the practice or looking for innovative ways to bring more expertise and value to Front Office Rocks, you can find her on Dentaltown or in her own "Ask Laura" forum, where she responds to dental team members' questions and shares her experience and knowledge as a dental office manager. She lives in San Diego, California, with her husband, Tony, and their two children, Nick and Alex.
