In the present study Blood transfusion set is sterilized by Gamma Radiations at different doses and a specific dose is optimized at which Blood Transfusion Set is completely sterilized. That is, no microbial dose was analyzed after the exposure of gamma radiations. so we can say that Gamma Radiation sterilization technique is most reliable for medical devices.
