Steve Backshall is one of TV's best-known wildlife presenters, naturalists, writers, public speakers and adventurers. He has presented on Earth Pulse on the National Geographic channel, Springwatch and the primetime BBC series The One Show. His wide range of work has inspired the next generation of naturalists and has taken him to South East Asia. Australia and South America, among many other places. He has written several books, including Predators, Looking for Adventure and Venom, and he is an author for the Rough Guide series.
