Therefore, having spent some time thinking about this subject, I have decided to write this book. This little volume contains almost all the thoughts I would like to share with my boss, but I would never cross that line. I am sure that once you read this book you will be motivated to add to my observations. It is a hidden wish of mine that my boss might read this himself and decide it's time to change. Perhaps yours will do the same!
