The study of the extent of stigma, arising from the deviant behavior of minors in conflict with the law, more precisely the socioeducational measure of internment, together with the applicability and the unfolding in front of a stigmatizing society will be the study objective of this article, always seeking to establish a counterpoint between Erving Goffman's theory of Stigma and the role of society. Indeed, we intend to analyze how adolescents in conflict with the law, subjected to a socio-educational measure, are socially stigmatized after the completion of the same.
