Larry Wilson is an accredited accountant (CPA, CA), and financial planner (CFP, CIM, DMS). Following in the footsteps of David Chilton, Larry won the award for the highest mark in the country on the Canadian Securities Course (1999). He also holds undergraduate degrees in both Business Administration (with distinction) and Agricultural Economics. Larry's sense of humour and his commitment to making financial concepts understandable contribute to a writing style that is not commonly found in the world of personal finance. And he is living proof that the methods discussed work-he and his wife have already accomplished many of their personal goals and have achieved financial independence well before the usual retirement age.
