Every speaker, trainer and coach needs a fund of stories. As you gain experience you will build up a reserve of your own anecdotes, and Richard's can be found in Reflections of a Corporate Coach. Fortunately there is a wealth of teaching stories stretching back to the Old Testament and Aesop's Fables, through Sufi stories to contemporary stories of the NLP community.
