Autorenporträt
Joseph Block is Professor Emeritus at California State Polytechnic University where he taught from 1979 until 2009. He is author of Factional Politics and the English Reformation, 1520 - 1540 and contributing co-editor of State, Sovereigns & Society in Early Modern England. Joe has been an active member of the Conference on British Studies, serving as the Associate Executive Secretary for the National and a term as President of the Pacific Coast Conference. In addition, he is a charter member of the Huntington Library's Early Modern English History Seminar where he delivered several of the stories contained in this present work.
