Born and raised in northern Germany, A.H. Jaekel is a bilingual writer and a painter. While she feels most at home in high fantasy with its intricate world building, her writing encompasses anything that may be labelled fantastic in a broader sense. The author has successfully participated in the annual "National Novel Writing Month" challenge several times.
