Carol Thompson is internationally acclaimed as an illustrator of books for younger children, with an exceptional ability to see the world through their eyes. With more than 60 books to her credit, she has won honors including the US Stonewall Honor Picture Book Award and School Library Journal Best Book of the Year. She is a member of IBBY UK, sharing its commitment to diversity and inclusivity in children's publishing. Dianne Hofmeyr has written many books for children and has won many awards. Dianne has had two IBBY Honours Books and is the author of Zeraffa Giraffa and The Glassmaker's Daughter with Jane Ray.
