A check was done by this study on the existence of key concepts of Strategic Communication Management ,one of the effective ways of applying communication in Organization Management by Managers. This was conducted on school managers given the uniformity of work situations in different school organizations. The results showed that the extent to which this was practiced, influenced the realization of work targets and Organizational Change Needs. The results of this study can be used by Managers to improve their communication skills in their pursuit of efficiency at work as well as that of their organizations.
