Strategic decisions represent an interesting topic for research due to uncertain and unpredictable environments where they are taken. As strategy has long-term effects on the company it seems that it should be based on highly rational decision processes with great deal of analysis. However, the uncertainty inherent to strategic decisions is often dealt with by the use of non-rational instruments like intuition or emotions. During crises the influence of these instruments is amplified. This book explores strategic decision-making on the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market after the revolution and crisis of 2014.
