Relating to the management of people these days, especially in Vietnam, the author has identified some concerned issues such as lack of managerial skills, influence of organization's culture, lack of motivation, investors in people (IIP), training and development, etc. Some Companies were only concerned with profit but did not care about their employees. They put a lot of pressure on the employees, overtaxing them, causing heavy workload, and the absenteeism of employees was inevitable. Training and development, IIP were not concerned with in some Companies due to saving cost and they think that they could hire available experienced employees. These were main reasons that cause high employees' turnover in companies. The aim of this study is to evaluate the current strategic human resource management (HRM) of a high-class coffee shop. Through this evaluation, solutions to improve employee job satisfaction are recommended.
