Strategic Human Resources Management has been developed on the basis of three major series of observations:- The pace and extent of the transformations in the organizations' environment;- The need to create new strategic and organizational skills;- The new intelligence of Human Resources. Innovation, quality and flexibility are to be credited to creative and autonomous Human Resources.Thus, Strategic Human Resources Management contributes not only to a new reading of the organization but also to a strategic repositioning of the Human Resources function and to a new way of considering Human Resources.
