The book aims to demonstrate that despite the apparent lack of interest by leadership practitioners of an African orientation to document and publish empirical accounts of strategic leadership case study practices emerging from rural Zimbabwe, there is clear evidence that huge volumes of information on the subject of leadership exist. The book is an attempt to document testable leadership experiences that add to the existing body of knowledge on the subject of strategic leadership. The experiences presented are unique enough to motivate readers to want to interrogate the leadership themes flighted in each of the ten chapters of this book. The style of presentation of the study materials suites students pursuing diploma,undergraduate, masters level studies and can also be used as reference materials for doctoral studies.
