The purpose of this article is to demonstrate a construct to a strategic management model in Venezuelan Fintechs. Through a reflective mental process, the author, supported by a documentary research and the review of Fintech companies in the central region of the country, manages to generate a convenient academic approach; therefore, this research could provide an advance in the managerial processes of multifactorial strategies that may have an impact on the operational results of this type of companies.
