The hyper-competitiveness of companies following the globalization of the markets arouses strategies for their survival. The recourse to international business is an inescapable asset for all companies regardless of their size or location. Since the African economy is mainly based on SMEs, it is therefore necessary to focus on the future of these companies on the international level. The economic development of the African continent depends on the growth of its companies. The disappearance of barriers to entry into certain markets has led to the implementation of offensive strategies, including the internationalization strategy. The evolution of the current economic environment requires taking into account not only the performance of the company but also and especially the preservation of the environment and the development of the personnel.
