The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of strategic management practices on service delivery of the public institution in Rwanda and National Land Centre. The specific objectives were to determine the effect of strategic formulation practices on service delivery in National Land Centre, to examine the influence of strategic implementation practices on service delivery in National Land Centre, to assess the relationship in strategic evaluation, control practices and service delivery in National Land Centre. Methodology used here, research design mixed approach to facilitate the researcher to earn qualitative was drawn from literature and quantitative data from the field primary data and other review of secondary data. Data collection instrument used was questionnaire. Findings were interpreted and presented according to specific objectives. According to the research findings, the multiple implementations at the National Land Centre played a moderately positive role in shaping service delivery. The study concludes that a significant relationship exists between strategic formulation, implementation, evaluation and service delivery in National Land Centre.
